All our room rates include breakfast and VAT.
We have a limited number of free carparking spaces in our carpark at the rear of the property. These cannot be reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis. Alternative parking can be found on street at the front of the pub and hotel, or in Abbey Fields Public Car Park
Check In/Check Out – Our check in times for the rooms are between 3.00pm and 10.00pm.
Check out on the last day is 11.00am.
To request late check in, contact reception. (a £15.00 surcharge will be applied to the room total for late check out. Guests must vacate the room by 2pm)
Children are only eligible to stay in our family/twin rooms.
We do not allow animals in the rooms or hotel, but pets are welcome in the pub.
Where it is deemed that damage has occurred in a room upon checkout inspection, charges may apply. Charges are at management discretion, dependant upon the severity of the occurrence and the resulting replacement or cleaning fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your booking within 5 days of the scheduled check-in time of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to the total booking priced, that included any supplements selected by you, will be levied.
If you cancel your booking between 5-10days in advance, the booking can be transferred to another date within the next 6 months.If you cancel your booking more than 10 days in advance, full payment will be refunded.
